What you're buying

A pair of Bluetooth earbuds, and optionally a 12-month licence for AI Earbuds Live including 25 hours of translation. The earbuds are a third-party device we source and resell; we describe them using specifications we can confirm and we do not repeat manufacturer performance claims we haven't tested ourselves.

Delivery

Orders dispatch within 2–3 business days and typically take 7–13 days in transit. Customs can add time in some countries. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we'll replace it or refund it.

Returns

30 days from delivery, for any reason, including the Live licence. No restocking fee. Email hello@aiearbuds.com to start one.

AI Earbuds Live

Live needs an internet connection and depends on a third-party translation model. Translation is imperfect and you should not rely on it for medical, legal, safety-critical, or contractual conversations. Included hours don't expire during your licence year. Nothing renews automatically.

Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
