How to use it
- 1Pair any Bluetooth earbuds, or just use your phone's microphone and speaker.
- 2Pick the language you want spoken back, then tap the microphone.
- 3Hand one earbud to the person you're talking to and keep the other. You both hear the translation in your ear instead of over a speaker, which is the difference between a conversation and a demonstration in a quiet room.
- 4Talk normally. Turn the screen around and the other person can read along — the newest line is sized for that.
- 5It pauses itself when nobody has spoken for a while, so a session left open doesn't run down your time.
Your time
A free session runs 60 seconds. A licence includes 5 hours and lifts that limit, and you can add 5 more for $19 whenever you need them.
Time is counted while audio is actually being sent. Pauses in a conversation are not billed, and unused time from a session goes back on your balance rather than being rounded away.
